Legal Associates (Ho Chi Minh City)

Advising and supporting clients in legal matters related to corporate consultancy, foreign investment, litigation, and dispute resolution.
Gathering evidence, drafting documents, preparing plans, and solutions for case resolution.
Performing other assigned tasks by the Management Board and Lawyers at the Company.
Conducting research on case files, analyzing, proposing solutions to resolve cases, and providing legal advice on civil, criminal, and economic issues as per clients&039; requirements.
Representing clients in negotiation processes and managing litigation procedures in Courts and Commercial Arbitration.
Drafting and preparing legal documents for clients at competent state authorities.

Quick, diligent, proactive, careful, responsible, and able to withstand high- pressure situations.
WORKING HOURS: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
Minimum 3- 5 years of legal consultancy experience in investment, commerce, or litigation.
Strong research skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency in legal argumentation.
Proficiency in English for task handling.
Ability to work independently and communicate confidently.
WORKPLACE: 6th Floor, 520 CMT8, Ward 11, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
