Job Summary
• Responsible for managing & strengthening company- wide activities to ensure the legal
compliance on Laws and the internal rules/ regulations.
• Managing resources (people, budgets, etc.), using resources efficiently & appropriately to
promote the implementation of Department/ Section goals.
• Managing the Legal & Compliance Section to expand and strengthen its business, function
and structure.

Requirements
• Have at least 4 years of experience in the same position.
• Careful, honest, business- oriented, active, engaging, highly independent & responsible.
• Have high level of English writing in Contracts and in business communications.
• Obtained Bachelor’s degree of Laws major (“Lawyer practicing certificate” is an advantage).
• Have intensive knowledge of Vietnamese laws and common international trade laws.
• Have deep commercial and business knowledge.
• Have proficient skills in analytical thinking and making judgement.
Working time: 07:30 – 16:00/ From Monday to Friday.
Working place: Bien Hoa Factory (Base), Ho Chi Minh Office (randomly).
