Legal Counsel - F&b Industry

This role is open for Legal professionals who are well versed in F&B related laws
Description
- Liaise with external lawyers and internal legal team on necessary legal matters;
- Providing secretarial support to the Group companies in Vietnam;
- Advising on personal data protection laws in Vietnam;
- Reviewing promotional activities and marketing materials to ensure compliance with the relevant laws and regulations;
- Liaising with internal business units to provide legal support and advice (e.g., labour laws, etc.);
- Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements for Company&039;s businesses and operations in Vietnam;

- Solid knowledge in F&B related laws and licenses ;
- Experience in providing legal advice in both English and Vietnamese;
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills to work with colleagues and stakeholders.
- 10+ year in- house/inhouse+law firms experience in Vietnam;
- Diligent, "can- do" attitude, business oriented.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts;
