AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. In the near future, we plan to open more new shopping malls in Vietnam. To serve this goal, we are in need of recruiting 01 Legal Executive.
- Report to: Senior Executive/ Manager
- Working time: Monday- Friday, 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM
- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
Job summary: Research, draft and check contracts and agreements related to the company’s business activities.
Detailed job description:
Research and advise on broader legal matters (20%);
Other tasks as assigned (5%).
Coordinate and support all depts in negotiating contracts and agreements (10%);
Draft and vet a broad range of contracts and agreements (30%);
Study and analyze Vietnamese laws related to company business and operation, provide training on legal matters to all employees (5%);
Work and advise on contracts for project development (10%);
Draft and revise internal regulations, procedures and contract templates (10%);
Train and oversee subordinates at work where required (5%);
Review and analyze all materials relating to disputes, provide legal advice for solving such disputes (5%);

Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
Candidates have 3- 5 years of working experience related to Legal field (Experience in real estate, commerce, investment, business,… is an advantage);
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Bachelor’s degree in Law;
Good communication and reading skills in English and Vietnamese;
