Legal Executive (Làm việc tại Lạng Sơn)

- Carrying out assigned tasks related to the legal issues on real estate projects (industrial parks, C&R projects), legal matters related to the company&039;s activities and operation;
- Other tasks as assigned by upper management from time to time.
- Advising and consulting the BOD, Management and Departments on the legal issues related to all business activities of the company;
- Consulting and preparing legal documents, engaging in litigation process to handle arising issues on legal perspective during the course of doing business on real estate investment, construction projects;
- Legal research and update;
- Providing legal support and maintaining legal compliance for the Group’s business operation, inclusive of coordinating with the Group’s legal team for the assigned tasks completion in charge by Group’s legal team;
- Proactively handling and advising the Company management to properly handle legal situations arising during the course of its operations on real estate business, civil transactions, labor, tax, insurance and all other business transactions;
- Drafting, reviewing, vetting the contracts, transaction and internal documents before such documents submitted to the Management for signing and execution;

- Good computer skills, proficient in office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Having a Lawyer Practicing Certificate, Good English language skills (qualified to deal directly with foreigners and review contracts, transaction in English) is an advantage;
- Having at least 1 years of working experience in the field of legal consultancy or higher (preferably with experience in law firms, lawyer office, inhouse legal counsel for companies doing business on real estate development);
- University degree in Laws (graduated with good grade from the formal legal- University degree in Laws (graduated with good grade from the formal legal courses of Law Faculty, Hanoi National University or Hanoi/HCMC Law University);
- Ability:
• Smart approach to sorting out the issues and solutions thereto;
• Synthesize, analyze, present and write reports;
• Withstand high work pressure.
• Dynamic, professional manner, enthusiastic, assertive;
- Willing to be at site project locations for support if so required;
- Immediate availability and willing to work overtime for assignment completion is a plus.
