Legal & Government Affairs Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION (70% Legal, 30% GA): Base in Hanoi

Reviewing and preparing Contracts, templates, and other documents;
Working and filing dossiers with the competent authorities, including relevant health authorities and health- related agencies, and assisting with other tasks as needed;
Support for Risk Management issues;
Providing Legal Advice for business partners.
Reviewing documents and supporting for Tenders;
Handling related matters of Lab operations and compliance;
Consolidating and systemizing resources of the Legal & GA team;
Preparing required documents, and legal agreements for all Licensing, Corporate issues;
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Support for Compliance issues (company health check, procedure);

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

From 2- 3 years of experience, experience in Lab/Healthcare/Pharma and working with competent authorities, including relevant health authorities and health- related agencies is an advantage;
Professionalism and discretion
The ability to work well as part of a team.
Critical thinking, Analytical, and problem- solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, and Excel;
Research, drafting skills, and attention to detail.
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Bachelor’s Degree in law;
