To review documents and apply the Company’s official seal.
To support English- Vietnamese translation.
To support tracking data and hard copies of contracts, an NDA.
To provide other support to the line manager that may be required.
To draft, review contracts and other documents round 1 – suggest/highlight important points for Line Manager to review & make decisions.
To perform legal research as needed.
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Required to work full- time or to be available for work at least 6/10 sessions per week
Good at English
Logical thinking and legal argumentation
Currently in the 4th year or graduated from a university or college majoring in law.
