Job Description
Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Legal Intern. The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with core members of our high- performing team and will have the following responsibilities:
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Assist in the purchase and sale of the company’s properties;
Work on corporate compliance tasks such as preparing resolutions, meeting minutes, corporate registration procedures, and applying for necessary permits for the company’s operation;
Prepare and ensure high accuracy of contracts for services that the company engages in;
Work with local authorities in an extensive manner to comply with the law and resolve issues for the company;
Spearhead elaborate and comprehensive legal research that would potentially drive multi- million dollar revenue transactions for the company;
Our internship program provides hands- on experience and opportunities for active participation in company projects, rather than simply observing from the sidelines.
Our requirements
We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:
Commitment to working with Homebase for at least 6 months in either full- time or part- time capacity.
Have good logical and critical thinking;
3rd or 4th year law student at a good local or international university with high academic standing;
Based in HCMC;
Detail- oriented and meticulous in preparing and reviewing contracts;
Good English proficiency in verbal and written communication;
