Legal Intern

- Support the dispute resolution process, including cases with international aspects.
- Undertake legal research to support cases or address specific inquiries.
- Provide administrative assistance to attorneys, manage client correspondence, and organize case materials.
- Reviewing contracts and summarize legal documents as directed.
- Aid in document preparation and submission to government agencies.
- Assisting Lawyers and Clients to handle the assigned matter.
- Liaise with government entities for legal updates, clarifications, and problem- solving strategies.
- Drafting legal documents with guidance and according to given instructions.
- Maintain current knowledge of legal regulations and precedents.

- Own personal laptop.
- Commitment to client and company data confidentiality.
- Availability for at least 2 days (4 sessions) per week in the office.
- Responsibility and commitment to tasks.
- A strong eagerness to learn and research independently.
- Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

- Training: Weekly sessions to enhance legal knowledge are provided.
- Performance- based bonuses on successful case outcomes.
- Monthly allowance of 500,000 VND (2 days/week) or 3,000,000 VND (full- time intern)
