- Perform professional duties:
+ To support contracts and other documents signing.
+ To update and support the legal department in advising on legal information related to the Company’s field of activity.
+ To provide other support to the direct manager that may be required
+ To provide administrative support to the direct manager as needed
+ To draft, review contracts and other documents
+ To perform legal research as needed
+ To support English- Vietnamese translation.
+ To prepare and submit documents in the fields of foreign investment, enterprises, intellectual property, etc.
- Perform other duties as required by direct manager

- In the event that a candidate decides to leave the program without the company&039;s consent, the candidate is responsible for reimbursing the entire training cost to the company. The training fee will be discussed with the candidate before signing the commitment to participate in the program;
- Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written) and writing skills;
- Final year at University in Law, especially the major in business law or international commercial law.
- Working hours: a minimum of 8 sessions per week;
- Work under minimum supervision and tight deadlines;
- Strong organizational and research skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Always strive to complete the program, including at least one year after graduation;
- The ability to follow instructions accurately, the ability to absorb large amounts of complex information and attention to detail;
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

- Writing a thesis is one of the job requirements at the company.
- Relevant experience with a law firm, a corporation or an international organization is desirable.
- Computer proficiency: MS Office applications.
