As a Legal Lead, you will be a valuable support to leadership, provide administrative support, and proactively develop key partnerships in the vibrant Web3 industry..
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with regulators and authorities to address legal issues.
Legal supervision includes all domestic and cross- border legal activities, especially related to cryptocurrencies and investment- reinvestment cash flows
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to cryptocurrency ventures and international investments.
Ensure corporate compliance with current laws and regulations pertaining to cryptocurrency operations.
Establish and manage relationships with foreign regulatory bodies, VC partners, and relevant organizations.
Provide legal advice and risk assessment on business dealings involving cryptocurrency and international fund flows.
Educate and support other departments on cryptocurrency regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
Priority is given to having experience working in Crypto projects, VCs or cross- border investment banks
Strong communication and negotiation skills across languages and cultures.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
Analytical skills for risk assessment and strategic legal advising from a business perspective.
Minimum 3 years as a legal advisor on cryptocurrency law, cross- border investment cash flow (Required)
Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed..
Solid understanding of international financial regulations, particularly those pertaining to foreign investments and capital flows.
Graduated with a degree in law, Toeic 800 or IELTS 7.0 or higher
