Legal Manager (background as Qualified Lawyer), open for senior Senior Manager

- Check the legality of all Contracts, Documents, Regulations, Procedures, and Documents of the Company to ensure no errors and compliance with the Law and State regulations.

- Support and advise employees on legal issues when directed by superiors.
- Advise the Board of Directors and departments on legal issues during production and business activities.
- Arrange problem points and propose countermeasures, direct the implementation of legal procedures during the Company&039;s production and business activities.
- Direct and control the drafting of Contracts, Documents, Company legal documents
- To provide legal advice and legal services to clients; To draft applications, official letters, and other documents for arbitration, litigation, and consulting work;
- Represent the Board of Directors to resolve disputes, lawsuits and work with competent state agencies (if any).
- Organize updates and instructions for departments and units on newly issued legal documents related to the operations of departments and divisions.

- Graduated from University with major in Law (civil, commercial, administrative...)

- In- depth legal expertise, with an understanding of legal principles and practices, alongside specific knowledge in the realm of contract law, employment law, intellectual property, and litigation.

- More than 5 years of experience as Legal Senior department for consulting firm
- Candidate
must has a lawyer card
and has a lot of experience in FDI, Labor Law; Corporate Law, understanding state administrative procedures.
- Good communication in English (Advanced level)
