Legal Manager - Intellectual Property, Regulations & Marketing Masan Consumer Holdings

Oversee all legal activities related to intellectual property, regulations, and marketing within the organization.
Intellectual Property Management:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and protect intellectual property rights.
- Oversee all legal activities pertaining to intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement intellectual property strategies.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Advise relevant departments on compliance requirements and ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
- Stay up- to- date with laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the fast- moving consumer goods industry.
- Provide guidance on product labeling, advertising, and marketing materials to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Marketing and Advertising:
- Review advertising and promotional materials to ensure compliance with advertising laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with legal requirements.
- Conduct legal reviews of marketing agreements, sponsorships, and endorsement contracts.
- Advise on marketing campaigns and initiatives to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance.
Perform other jobs assigned to specific projects.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision- making and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Collaborate with external legal counsel and manage external relationships when necessary.

- Bachelor&039;s degree in Law, a Master&039;s degree is a plus.
- Ability to collect, organize, and classify information relevant to legal matters.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents in accordance with legal standards and best practices.
- Strong understanding of enterprise/commercial law and export regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent analytical, evaluative, and communication skills to effectively convey legal advice and recommendations.
- Thorough understanding of the fast- moving consumer goods industry, including its legal and regulatory frameworks.
