Legal Manager - Trưởng phòng pháp lý

1.Act as in-house legal counsel for the company and its affiliates, which in respect of industrial estate, real estate & property, corporate, commercial contract, joint venture, foreign investment, intellectual property, labor& employment, public &private company laws and international transactions, etc.

2.Provide legal advice, comment, opinion in terms of all legal issues related to the business of the company and its subsidiaries. In case of there are interest conflicts among these entities, the Legal Manager shall do favor of the company.

3.Negotiate on legal terms and conditions of contracts and any legal documentations, advise on new business ventures and transactional matters.

4.Review and revise all kinds of commercial contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documentations in both Vietnamese and English which are prepared by Internal Departments/Person in charge.

5.Draft and prepare Vietnamese and English translations of contracts/agreements/legal documentations under BOD directions.

6.Coordinate and contact with all internal departments, government authorities and external counsels in Vietnam and overseas;

7.Support the Company Secretary to complete the Resolution and Minutes of Meeting of BOD/GMS.

• Bachelor/ Master degrees in Laws
• 5-7 year-experience of legal counsel in international law firms or leading multinational companies
• Proficiency in corporate laws, property laws and international laws
• Lawyer License is required
• English fluently in reading and writing, listening and speaking can communicate 
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills;
• Strong analytical skill and commercial sense
• Positive attitude, maturity, reliable and independent
• Hard working and diligent and have legal and service mind
• Ability to work under pressure and demanding situations
