Legal Officer (8-Month Contract)

(1) Legal research and consultations
– Conduct researching of all laws and regulations which relating to the Company’s business activities;
– Check the relating laws and regulations, provide legal opinion/advice on matters of the Company’s business activities (MD, OP)
– Research, analyze, summarize and update new legislations which might affect to the Company’s business;
(2) Compliance Training and Manual
– Check and update the relating laws and regulations, draft the contents, and arrange to print and distribute the Company’s Compliance Manual;
– Prepare the training contents and material, conduct the compliance training yearly;
(3) Contract and external document review
– Give advice/consultancy relating to contract and external documents.
– Review contracts/legal documents based on the regulation of law and the Company’s internal policies in order to limit risk and proctect the Company’s benefit and balance business demand and legal risks.
– Monitor, update contract form on the e- Doc system.

Knowledgeable of laws and regulations of Vietnam
Strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills
Computer literate: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet
Detail oriented and be able to handle multi- tasks
Good command of spoken and written English
University degree of Laws

Negotiable salary
