Legal Officer

Job description:

Responsible for AML, FATCA, ABAC, Customer Information Protection, etc.
Provide customer complaint consultancy, and litigation when arising such cases.
Comment on new regulation drafts.
Draft/revise/review legal policies.
Coordinate with other departments to collect comments on new regulations.
Review and revise contracts, forms, internal policies, and other documents of the company.
Give legal advice for business matters as required by relevant departments.
Support licensing, and state procedures.
Assist in legal issues for some projects of the company as assigned.
Report and communicate with regulators (SBV, Police, Tax, etc.).
Communicate and manage outsourcing legal matters.
Perform other tasks assigned by your line manager/supervisor.

Requirement:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an equivalent position, with a preference in the finance- banking sector (lending, leasing, insurance, etc.).
Experience in trading activities of FDI is a plus.
Honest, ready to learn and share.
Undertake for high pressure.
Good at negotiation and communication.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
Major: Law.
