Legal Senior Staff - Chuyên Viên Pháp Chế

Support/ be in charge of litigation cases
Review contract and provide legal advices to various function departments
Update new legal regulations
Do legal procedures, obtain license for new projects and update company&039;s changes
Supervise and enhance legal compliance, conduct legal training to employees
Draft/ check/ revise internal rules
Support manager in relevant matter as Internal Control and Risk Management
Other works under direction of Legal Manager and in co- operation with other Legal Member

Graduated from university, major in Laws/business law preferable
Ability to work independently as well as work in team
Good communication & logical thinking
Skillful in Microsoft Office (Word & PowerPoint)
Compliance mindset & honest; Well organized and to be able to work under pressures
Good command of English (Fluent in spoken and written English)
More than 5 years of relevant experience; Experiences working in FDI companies is a plus
Confident, Sociable personality
