Legal Specialist

Legal Specialist is responsible for providing legal consultations, analysis and advice in full cycle of matters related to company’s business activity, financial services and products, ensure business companies with regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drafting and revising different types of business cooperation agreements, other documents.
Ensure that all the services and products offered by the companies, as well as their advertising, comply with regulatory requirements.
Ensure legal support to general corporate governance matters.
Carry- our research and risk analysis, provide legal advice on different types of documents, procedures and activities and compliance thereof with applicable laws and regulations.
Drafting of internal documentation in the field of competence.
Participating in solving the requirements of state agencies related to the company&039;s activities.
Authorized representative (according to the case) to participate in dispute resolution, excluding debt collection related matters.
Monitor draft regulations and changes in legislation in the field of competence and to coordinate actions required to keep the companies compliant.
Other duties as requested by the manager.

Fluent English.
Working in the international company, bank or a fintech is a strong advantage.
Excellent legal writing, verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and
inter- personal skills.
Willing to learn and develop hard and soft skills.
3- 5 years on an in- house legal position or in a law firm consulting in finance sector.
University degree in Law.
Good generalist knowledge of all the key areas of law.
Ability to resolve complex legal issues.
Strong sense of responsibility.
Self- initiated, goal oriented.
Good knowledge in general corporate, commercial, tax and financial laws. Previous specialization in financial services, data protection, e- commerce, AML compliance is a strong benefit.
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,...).
Demonstrated problem- solving skills and proactivity.
Team player, flexible, open- minded person.
