Legal Specialist

Support in disputes settlement/ negotiations; • Give accurate and timely advice in a variety of legal topics;
Compliance control;
Risk management and provide timely warnings/ solutions;
Maintain record and update on company information and legal representative change/ POA;
Contract/ document filing management;
Directly report to Senior Legal Counsel
Represent the department as required in liaison with the business units/ external parties;
Support in licensing works/ coordinate with outsourced firm;

Having knowledge and understanding of corporate/investment law and procedures;
High degree of professional ethics and integrity;
Ability to deliver high- quality work under deadlines;
At least 1- 2 year experience as a Legal Counsel in the business environment or law firm;
Communication skills;
English proficiency level: Intermediate or higher;
Reference information is required.
Knowledge in real estate/ manufacturing section will be preferable;
Bachelor degree in Law;
Time management and Problem Solving;
Leadership;
