RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling Data privacy and IP issues;
Support for Lab operations and compliance;
Support for Risk Management issues;
Consolidating and systemizing resources of Legal & GA team;
Providing Legal Advice for business partners.
Investigating facts and laws of cases and searching public records and other resources to prepare cases;
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Reviewing and preparing Contracts, templates, and other documents;
Build new policies, technical tools, and forms (Legal One Page, dictionary);
Support for Compliance issues (company health check, procedure);
Filing dossiers with the competent authorities and assisting with other tasks as needed;
Preparing required documents, and legal agreements for all Licensing, Corporate issues, and related company structure matters;

From 2- 3 years of experience, experience in Lab/Healthcare/Pharma is an advantage
Research and drafting skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in law (prefer HCMULaw)
Critical thinking skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, and Excel.
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Professionalism and discretion
Organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Analytical and problem- solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work well as part of a team.
