Legal Specialist

Monitor the law changes and offer suggestions for legal compliance of the company, such asperforming compliance checks, maintaining training programs, and engaging in resolvingemerging issues;
Ensure all the Company’s activities comply with the regulations of the law (Vietnamese lawsand international regulations);
Other tasks related to legal as assigned by the manager.
Prepare operating license applications and regulatory filings (ERC, IRC, relevantapprovals/license), and work with authorities;
Support consulting and implementation of internal regulations, processes, issues solving, etc.,relating to daily operation activities;
Work with Headquarter in Korea to implement different compliance activities;
Update and maintain a database of relevant laws and industry- specific regulations;
Draft and review various legal documents such as contracts, MOUs, application forms,business letters, etc.;
Assist in providing legal advice to other departments and BOD to reduce legal risks;

Understanding of regulations and compliance standards;
Knowledge of various areas such as Tax, Labor, Commerce, Finance & Banking, IntellectualProperty, IT Security, Data Privacy, and Internal Training;
Ability to research and analyze regulation and reporting.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a compliance officer in a multinational corporation(MNC) or a similar position;
A Bachelor of Law degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field. Holding a LawyerCertificate would be an advantage;
