Legal Specialist

• Support Legal Officer to collect necessary documents from stores to conduct annual environmental reports for EC stores;
• Supporting around 80 stores when receiving inspection notices from local authorities in relation to food safety, fire protection and prevention, preparing POA and providing legal documents at request; advise/ guide store staff necessary steps when working with local authorities;
• Prepare power point presentation as requested by Legal Manager;
• Support, provide for stores forms, templates of contracts (if needed), forms on food safety, fire protection and prevention;
• Contacting and working with state agencies when necessary;
• Supporting the administrative activities of the Legal Department;
• Other tasks as requested by Legal Manager.
• Submit application files for obtaining licenses and receive feedbacks from relevant licensing authorities and then modify such applications files (if required);
• Keeping/saving licenses, environmental documents and legal documents of Company, its branches and business locations;
• Reviewing Security Service Contracts, BO Contracts, Contracts for pest control, contracts for garbage collection for stores in order to comply with Company policies, applicable laws and to protect Company’s interests;
• Conducting legal research in several espects such as labour, construction standards for disable customers, food safety, Law on enterprises;
• Preparation of applications and documents required for submission to authorities in relation to business licenses, food safety certificates for Branches, Business Locations of the Company, advertising licenses for billboards;

• Good at using: MS Office: Word, Power Point
• Minimum of 2 years Legal and Licensing experience
• Good English communication skill.
• A degree in an accredited Law school is required
• Have capacity to work independently and as a team member.
• Be active and creative when implementing assigned tasks
• Be responsible, honest, deligent
