Legal Specialist

Establish a compliance resource library for staff reference;
Conduct regular audits of company procedures, practices, and documents to identify potential

Qualification

Understanding of regulations and compliance standards;
A minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management or compliance officer roles in a multinational corporation (MNC);
A Bachelor&039;s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field;
Ability to research and analyze regulation and reporting.
Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures;

Requirement

Possess a collaborative personality and be open to suggestions from team members;
Highly ethical, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Superior attention to detail to identify and correct risky practices;
