Legal Specialist

- Participate in drafting contracts, documents, transaction records.
- Regulation compliance measures for representative office and Union Trade of Company;
- Responsible for carrying out procedures related to records, procedures such as establishment, change, trademark registration...;
- Implement immigration process, visa extension, Temporary residence card (TRC) and Carry out work permit procedures for foreign employee;
- Internal legal update for relevant departments and agencies with requests/ suggestions;
- Coordinating with the company&039;s branches and branches in foreign countries;
- Other jobs under the direction of the direct manager.
- Contact with external agencies, other service units to solve tasks assigned by the Superiors. Representatives working with relevant state agencies;
- Handling of arising situations for every day-to-day business activities of domestic and foreign enterprises;
- Prepare legal documents of the company Checking, correcting, supplementing the complete legal documents, issued documents, transaction documents to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Enterprise Law, Labor Law, and other regulations of the Government;
- Managing legal documents and records of the Company as prescribed;

Detail-oriented and highly organized;
- English fluency (speaking, listening, writing, reading);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Be able careful, detailed oriented manner in managing content in company’s or media channels;
- Experience minimum 1 year in the relevant position.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines.
- Graduated College/ University for Legal, or Human Resources;
