Legal Specialist/ Chuyên Viên Pháp Chế

Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Legal Manager.
Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the organization and propose strategies to avoid costlylitigation and reduce potential areas of risk.
Build up legal and commercial framework, draft legal documents/agreements/contracts/minutes in HighStandard and in bilingual (English and Vietnamese); complete necessary arrangements to ensure compliancewith the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the company’s interest;
Liaising with the competent authorities and many internal functional departments to complete assigned tasks.
Provide legal advice on new business model or special issue; Detect and advise to prevent legal risks arisingduring operations and activities of the company.
Prepare and submit documents related to investment, establish/modify the branch/business location, registration of intellectual property, and other licenses.
Monitor and track new regulations, analyze their impact on the industry & business of company to supportmanagement’s decision relating to company business and legal compliance.

Good command of written English is required.
Have an ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks and provide practical and constructive advicesin a business environment;
Ability to work independently, proactive, services mindset under high pressure.
Hardworking, teamwork & result- oriented.
Graduate from University of Law, University of Economics and Law and University of Economics HCMC
Good verbal and written communication skill; in writing, directly & on telephone.
Careful, meticulous and pay attention to details;
Present a good knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations applicable to investment/retail/e- commerce/Technology field;
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, time management.
From 03 to 05 years of working experience (investment, e- commerce, retail, merchants, technology).

13th- month salary yearly.
