Legal Specialist – Hybrid Working

Represent the company in legal proceedings, working with outside counsel when required
Provide legal guidance on a wide range of legal matters such as contracts, regulatory compliance, investment, litigation, employment law, intellectual property and corporate governance
Ensure all contracts, legal documents and templates are up- to- date and compliant with statutory laws
Draft, negotiate and vet contracts, legal documents and agreements
Other tasks as required by the business
Identify and mitigate legal risks
Develop and implement legal procedures and policies to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws.
Report on legal activities, risks and litigation

Excellent attention to detail
A law degree with a minimum of three years’ experience in a legal function or a law firm
Proven analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrating your ability to assess and understand complex legal issues, and provide strategic advice
Have knowledge on e- commerce and online booking business, data privacy and protectionregulations
Good interpersonal skills
