Legal Specialist

- Implement corporate governance procedures for public companies
- Propose measures to prevent legal risks, and evaluate legal compliance of departments and units.
- Review, systematize, and standardize sales contracts; domestic and international trade agreements;
- Disseminate newly issued legal documents and legal updates to relevant departments
- Reviewing product labels, notification/registration of CTKM, and other records and documents sent by the Company to customers, state agencies,
- Representing the company to work and resolve disputes with customers, competitors, state management agencies, or other third parties.
- Manage and control all intellectual property of the company;
- Provide legal advice to departments when required, ensuring legal compliance and efficiency in work operations.

Education level
• Graduated from University majoring in law, preferably with a lawyer practice certificate;
• English: speaking and writing skills from intermediate level to higher.
Number of years of experience
Over 03 years of experience in a similar position, experience in manufacturing and FMCG businesses is preferred.
