Legal Specialist

Manage all licensing requirements / matters for the set- up of new legal entities and branches of MOR Software
Advise Management and related departments on negotiations with developers, business partners, authorities
Provide legal advice to various departments on finance, tax, HR, sales,...
Ensure that Company policies are in compliance with the laws of Vietnam
Oversee the collection of legal documents / research for proposed projects and the advice on appropriate structure, legal risks or any other legal issues related to the proposed project under the regulations of Vietnam.
Draft / review and participate in the negotiation of commercial contracts / agreements and ensure documents comply with Company regulations and prevailing laws of Vietnam to protect company

Have deep experiences working with bilingual contracts
Good computer skills using all major office applications;
Years of experience: at least 03 years in legal practicing experience. Deep experience in software industry/ IT outsourcing
Excellent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
Having university graduation with LAW major
Have deep experiences working with commercial contracts
Flexibility to adapt with business requirements and changing laws and regulations
Creative, management skill and self- driven;
