Lg Group Leader (Analyst Chemical)

· Be responsible for controlling and performing of normal working process in your technical team
· Be responsible for technical supporting and evaluation to subordinates in verification and documentation of analytical results to ensure that information about company operating procedures and recent developments are effectively communicated to all staff in a timely manner
· Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by Assistant Manager and or Technical Manager, Local Field Manager
· Arrange checking, maintenance of test machines and other laboratory facilities as well as ensure the availability of required equipment and tools for testing
· Work closely with sales and project team in technical support
· Work and lead the team member work with technical manager in method verification, validation, development
· Inspire technical staff to attain goals and pursue excellence
· Ensure laboratory is always tidy, neat and comply HSE regulation
· Accomplish objectives of the assigned technician group by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures
· Ensure proper documentation according to ISO17025 and ISO 9001 and support QM team members in setting up and maintaining the quality systems.
· Identify opportunities for technical improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
· Plan and organize team workload effectively to meet the demands of the position

· Good skills: communication skill, organizing and planning skill, time management skill, leadership skills, problem solving and decision making skills
· Good knowledge of chemical control
· Good knowledge of market and test requirement for consumable product
· Al least 5 years of experience in chemical testing (bachelor/ master’s degree)
· Good command of both spoken and written English, MS office
· Good knowledge of ISO requirements procedures
· Experience at working both independently and in a team- oriented
· Responsible attitude and ability to motivate people
· At least 3 years of experience in group management
