Lifeguard Attendant - Park Hyatt Phu Quoc - Pre - opening stage

Hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố nhỏ và chuyển thông tin cho Lifeguard/Supervisor; phối hợp Security/Engineering/Housekeeping khi cần.Assist with minor issues and escalate to Lifeguard/Supervisor; coordinate with Security/Engineering/Housekeeping when needed.
Hỗ trợ Lifeguard trong công tác trực quan sát, nhận diện rủi ro và báo cáo kịp thời các tình huống bất thường.Support Lifeguards with observation, risk spotting and timely reporting of unusual situations.
Chuẩn bị và bố trí khu vực trước ca: khăn, ghế nằm, dù, amenities; đảm bảo sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và sẵn sàng phục vụ.Prepare the area before shifts: towels, loungers, umbrellas and amenities; ensure cleanliness and readiness.
Cấp phát/thu hồi khăn và các vật dụng hồ bơi; kiểm soát số lượng và ghi nhận theo quy trình.Issue and collect towels and pool items; control quantities and record as per procedures.
Hỗ trợ giám sát an toàn khu vực hồ bơi/bãi biển; nhắc nhở khách tuân thủ nội quy và hướng dẫn sử dụng khu vực đúng cách.Assist in monitoring pool/beach safety; enforce rules and guide guests on proper facility use.
Hỗ trợ vệ sinh khu vực hồ bơi: dọn rác, lau sàn khô chống trơn, sắp xếp lại ghế và giữ khu vực ngăn nắp.Support pool area cleanliness: remove trash, keep floors dry to prevent slips, reset loungers and maintain order.
Ghi nhận số lượng khách, phản hồi, sự cố (nếu có) và bàn giao ca đầy đủ.Record guest count, feedback, incidents (if any) and complete shift handovers.
Hỗ trợ kiểm tra thiết bị cứu hộ và vật tư an toàn (phao, sào, bộ sơ cứu…) theo phân công; báo cáo thiếu hụt/hư hỏng.Assist in checking lifesaving equipment and safety supplies (buoys, poles, first- aid kit, etc.) as assigned; report shortages/damages.

Nắm vững quy trình an toàn hồ bơi, sơ cứu và cứu hộ; hiểu nguyên tắc quản trị rủi ro/near- miss.Strong knowledge of pool safety, rescue and first- aid procedures; understanding of risk/near- miss management.
Có kỹ năng điều phối ca, quản lý đội nhóm, đào tạo và kiểm soát kỷ luật.Ability to lead shifts, manage a team, train staff and enforce discipline.
Giao tiếp tốt; tiếng Anh khá là lợi thế để làm việc với khách quốc tế.Good communication; decent English is a plus for international guests.
Tối thiểu 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm Lifeguard; ưu tiên đã làm Team Leader/Supervisor tại khách sạn/resort.Minimum 1–2 years of lifeguard experience; team leader/supervisor experience in hotels/resorts preferred.
Sẵn sàng làm ca/kíp, cuối tuần và Lễ/Tết.Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
Có chứng chỉ Lifeguard còn hiệu lực; bắt buộc có chứng chỉ sơ cứu/CPR/AED.Valid lifeguard certification; first aid/CPR/AED certification required.
Bơi giỏi, thể lực tốt; phản ứng nhanh, bình tĩnh và quyết đoán trong tình huống khẩn cấp.Strong swimming skills and fitness; quick, calm and decisive in emergencies.
