To monitor the beach front for safety.
To provide accurate information about available activities at the resort, gym usage, beach equipment usage rules and regulations. At the same time giving exceptional service to and meeting or going beyond the expectations of all guests.
To help to supervise Children’s Club activities
To conduct excursions around the exciting island; activities in the resort
Part of your duties will be to present the activities compendium to guests, suggesting suitable activities that provide for a personalised experience and answering questions regarding activities.
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, fitness, dress, uniform, and body language at all times. Remain polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
Full training for all activities will be given. Due to the nature of this position a love of nature and being outside is essential.
In addition to the above, you will need to liaise with other departments to ensure that your departments and the resorts operations run smoothly and that bookings taken are adhered to and billed correctly.
Responsible for cleaning, maintaining all equipment used and reporting any damage or excessive wear to the team leader.
To supervise beach activities and Water Sports providing sound judgment of water conditions and advice for guests on available activities. You’ll be able to give accurate and clear instructions on use of water- sports equipment when requested or to contact a suitably qualified host when needed.

- Knowledge of the Phu Quoc island is an advantage
- 1- 2 years experience in the same position
- Communication skills
- Communication English
- Ability to interact with customers proactively

- 05 working days or 40 hrs per week / Làm việc 05 ngày hoặc 40 giờ một tuần.
