Descriptions:
Actively contribute/ input detailed understandings from the ground (operation, driver, etc.) to support high levels of operation optimization.
Review and monitor BAU/Spike- day plan for number of trucks.
Ensure implementation of plan to ensure quality (timing, missing, lost) and quantity (number of trucks)
Ensure driver&039;s compliance with internal and external regulation/SOP (e.g., no tolerance of alcohol, drugs, etc.)
Initiate and follow up projects to improve Linehaul operation.
Work on shift- base: On- site 30% and monitoring through system 70%.
In collaboration with other functions, address urgent cases (e.g., emergent request of extra truck/replacement, overloaded stations, heavy traffic, etc.)
Ensure continuous improvement of performance (on- time and fulfilment) and operation efficiency (SOPs)
Build up good relationships with on- site teams (SOC, FMLM) and drivers.
Deeply investigate and understand root cause of failures in Operation (e.g., late, driver&039;s fighting, fraud, etc.)
Be responsible for Operation Optimization in the matter of Cost Optimization and Service Quality Improvement
Prepare a yearly plan for regional level to ensure optimal operation at best cost and SLA.
Requirements:
Experienced in truck monitoring GPS/Tools
Good English reading skill
Minimum three year experience as a Linehaul Coordinator
Experienced in team management.
Fairly good Excel/Reporting and Analytical tools
Good task management and team collaboration
College, bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, facility management will be an advantage.
Good analytical mindset and excellent problem- solving skill
Experience in SOP Design/Optimization is a big plus.
