Key responsibilities:

Engaging in pre- litigation settlement discussions to resolve the conflict before going to court/arbitration;
Other tasks as assigned.
Participating in Court/Arbitration proceedings as assigned;
Contacting with clients, institutions, enterprises and competent authorities;
Representing clients to work with related parties, Courts, Arbitration and other relevant authorities;
Preparing client correspondence and legal documents from instructions;
Drafting various types of legal documents such as contracts, memos, legal opinions, pleadings, record summaries, subpoenas, etc;
Assisting with filing materials in court offices/arbitration center/other relevant authorities, and proceeding other administrative tasks as needed;
Working and receiving documents, information and requests from Clients;
Conducting and researching facts to prepare case accordingly;

Good command of verbal and written English and Vietnamese;
Having at least 03 year of experience in litigation;
Able to thrive in a fast- paced; high- pressure environment;
Highly motivated and adaptable.
Hold LLB from a local law university;
Strong analytical and organizational skills;
