Litigation Associate (Proficiency in English)

Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
Develop and implement litigation strategies.
Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues related to cases.
Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
Maintain up- to- date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
Bachelor of Laws or higher, admission to the bar and a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong research, analytical, and problem- solving skills.

Working in office hours from Monday- Friday, Off Saturday & Sunday;
