JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will participate in livestream sessions to introduce products, interact with the audience, and respond to inquiries. Key responsibilities include:
Livestream Execution: Actively participate in livestream sessions by introducing products, engaging with the audience, and promptly addressing inquiries.
Content Management: Collaborate in creating engaging and creative livestream scripts to attract viewers and retain customer interest.
Customer Interaction: Provide timely responses to customer inquiries during livestreams and build strong relationships with viewers.
Coordination with Product and Marketing Departments: Update product information, promotions, and special deals to ensure that livestream content aligns with the brand’s strategy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in livestream tools and familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Shopee Live.
Teamwork Ability: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage work under pressure.
Relevant Experience: Experience in livestreaming or related work in the cosmetics industry is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with the audience and handle situations quickly.
Language Skills: English proficiency is an advantage.
