Livestream Manager

Reporting to the
Head of Service & Solution
,
you will be
responsible for overseeing local live streaming operations, including:

Collaborating with relevant departments on expanding the Studio Livestream project.
Managing the introduction, supervision, and growth of platform agencies and anchors.
Developing guidelines and strategies for local agencies, MCNs, influencers, users, campaigns, and partnerships.
Innovating new campaign strategies and models, strategizing and executing live streaming campaigns based on trending topics, events, and social issues.
Driving user growth for TikTok Live, enhancing user retention, engagement rates, and average revenue per user (ARPU) through effective lifecycle management.
Establishing and nurturing partnerships with local content providers to cultivate a comprehensive "Live+" ecosystem, fostering collaborative relationships with local brands and companies.

Proficiency in analytical skills with a data- driven approach.
Minimum of 3 years&039; experience in managing complex projects within marketing or partnership roles in the technology and media industries, with at least 2 years specifically in the livestream industry.
Preferred experience in building and leading teams from inception.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of thriving in an international and diverse work environment
Demonstrated business acumen in emerging industries, with preferred team management experience in the entertainment sector.
