JOB DESCRIPTION
The Livestream Operation Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of live broadcast sessions. Key responsibilities include:
Planning and Coordination: Create and manage livestream schedules, align with content creators and marketing teams for seamless production, and ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
Technical Setup and Troubleshooting: Set up equipment (cameras, microphones, streaming software), perform technical checks, and handle real- time troubleshooting during live events to ensure smooth operations.
Performance Tracking and Improvement: Monitor and optimie livestream performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion rates), analyze data, and provide actionable insights to enhance future sessions.
Train and incubate hosts: Provide insights to help hosts improve the livestream performance.
Content Management and Engagement: Oversee the execution of live content, engage with the audience in real- time through chats and comments, and support hosts or presenters during broadcasts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Communication and Coordination: Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple streams, work with cross- functional teams, and manage schedules.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with livestreaming platforms, Tiktokshop is a plus, streaming software, and audiovisual equipment.
Adaptability and Creativity: Ability to adapt to changing trends in content and audience preferences, with a creative mindset for engaging, interactive sessions.
Problem- Solving Ability: Quick thinking and troubleshooting skills to handle any technical issues during live broadcasts.
Experience: 1- 3 years in livestreaming, video production, or a related field.
