Livestream Operation Intern

Job Description:

Assist with pre- live planning.
Operate TikTok/Shopee livestreams onsite, ensuring smooth technical setup and real- time support for KOLs, KOCs and Celebs.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Participate in brainstorm and execution part for livestream events, social content and video shooting.
Oversee assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Track and analyze livestream performance, summarize key results, and report insights for improvement.
Support the marketing & ecom team in daily administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

Strong adaptability and comfort working in a fast- paced, multitasking environment with competing priorities.
Result- driven & problem- solving approach.
Interest in Influencer Marketing.
A “can- do” attitude, eager to learn.
English requirement: Working Proficiency.
Strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast- paced environment.
Very strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
Full- time intern.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability in every assigned task.
Good verbal and written communication skills to keep all stakeholders informed.
Willing to work late hours and be onsite for long livestream sessions (12+ hours per session).

Monday- Friday: 9.00am- 6.00pm
