MAIN DUTIES
· Daily review and control warehouse activities to ensure site work conforms safety regulations, and guarantee employee work safety
· Training and studying
· Control FLT operations within responsibility: safety, quality, efficiency
· Responsible for onsite 5S according to the policy
· To ensure shipping, loading of FG operation daily.
· Follow up planning, to complete shipping, and quality of loading
· Comply with environmental policy, execute chemical product control, sewage/waste treatment and by- product scrap policy, to protect the environment.
· Comply with standard operating procedure, and continue to improve continuously to optimize costs in daily activities
· Responsible for inventory loading accuracy, and monitor, track closely.
· Onsite monitor to ensure WH activities conforms national laws and company safety regulations, and guarantee employee work safety
- Train for new employee. Through continuous learning and training, learn and share best practice on solving daily operation problems and enhance performance
- Attend all training courses organized by the Company
· Crisis Management: support investigation
· Reporting:
- Make reports: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- In case of any problems, it’s required to promptly report to Line Manager for immediate action.
· Stock material of loading available compliance with loading planning
· People pillar: follow up master plan and deploy actitivies done monthly
· Implement tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner.
· Prepare document for shipment, internal transfer accuracy and on time when data controller absent

Education

University degree
Industrial Experience
Manufacturing industry of multinational business environment

Experience

Conversant in English and Vietnamese
Proficient skills in MS Office
2- 3 years warehouse operation experience in multinational company
Familiar with logistics warehouse operation process, quality management system. Equipped with knowledge in professional logistics. Familiar with SAP.
