Lobby Ambassador - Internship

• Assist with check- in or check- out processes if required
• Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure with Thai graciousness and Vietnamese hospitality
• Coordinate with Bellman, Concierge, and Front Office team to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Ensure the lobby remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Monitor guest flow and ensure smooth crowd control during peak hours or group arrivals
• Promote hotel services, dining venues, and special offers
• Identify VIPs, repeat guests, and long- stay guests, ensuring recognition and personalized service
• Offer assistance with directions, hotel facilities, services, and local information
• Represents Dusit’s brand and its values at all times. We will establish relationships and foremost and we will deliver an exceptional guest experience and promote Thai graciousness.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive solutions or assistance
• Handle guest concerns and inquiries with empathy and efficiency, escalating when needed

This role ensures a warm welcome, provides personalized assistance, and maintains a refined and gracious atmosphere in the lobby.
