Logistics and Transportation:
- Checking all payment request/profit and loss sheet about Logistic activity.
- Working closely with Supplier, Forwarder to check all relevant document for Customs procedure, especial: CO, BL, PL, Insurance, Invoice. Implement all payment process during Logistic activity.
- Resolve problems associated with transportation, import and export, customer problems and logistics systems.
- Have knowledge and good execute about Incoterm.
- Review global, national, or regional transportation or logistics reports to develop risk management plan to ensure continuous of supply in emergency scenarios.
- Do and monitor the import and export activities full cycle to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements, including: Oversea, Domestic (Sea transport, In-land).
- Develop the Logistic vendor list for company, Calculate and Control the Logistic cost.
- Updating weekly report (volume, revenue, updating status of picking up D/O, etc.).
- Execute the Import, Export and Transportation. Identify the shipping method and route. Prepare and maintain supplies for shipping.
Inventory & Warehouse:
- Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements. Examine the supply chain process accurately.
- Works directly with sales team determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.
- Supervise the Sale orders and make adjustments to keep the stock levels sufficient.
- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits.
Vendor and Customer services:
- Maintain cordial relationships with vendors, retailers and customers.
- Coordinate all delivery and receive activities with Vendor and Customer.
- Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.
Other requirements:
- Develop and implement policies, safety procedures and risk management plans.
- Ensure the orders are in compliance with regulations, policies, laws and ISO requirements.
- Have a good knowledge and experience working with Custom is preferred.
