Logistic & Customer Service Coordinator

Products & Price offering by communication through different channels.
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
Utilize SAP to optimize procedures.
Respond to customers: resolving complaints; providing customer support.
Complete the ad- hoc tasks as required by Line Manager.
Ensure communication ways are used effectively.
Communicate with customer to arrange logistics.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
Ensure all supporting documents are accurate, available, and applicable to the customer order/shipment.
Coordinate and monitor shipments. Update ETA/ETD.
Prepare and review invoices, BL, AWB, HBL, MBL for accuracy.

Have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Logistics / Supply Chain.
Ability to multi- task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Strong communication, problem- solving, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Excel (including Pivot Table; spreadsheets) for data analysis, reporting, and planning.
Intermediate English (4 skills)
Experience with SAP systems and practices preferred.

Annual Leave: will be 12 working days per calendar year, pro- rata for the 1st year of employment, max +7 Annual leave adding.
