Logistic Executive

• Liaise with forwarder, transporter and customer for delivering equipments and parts
• Ensure the correct receipt of incoming goods and on time delivery to both service team & customers
• Carry out inventory and control stock ageing for goods return on timely basis
• Manage and filing all import-export documents after customs clearance in a systematic and tidy manner
• Ensure proper security and accuracy of stock in warehouse, record stock-in and stock-out with adequate proof of delivery, minimize stock difference between physical and record.
• Co-ordinate for handling defective and scrap items in accordance to company’s policy
• Prepare necessary documents, identify correct HS code and provide other information as required for import and export of all shipments
• Maintain required minimum stock level, place stock order upon sales and service team’s request
• Closely co-ordinate with forwarder on customs procedure to ensure smooth import and export shipment.

• Good communication skill and capability of problem-solving and team working
• Be familiar with import export procedure for all types of enterprise including export processing enterprise
• Thoroughly understand the whole procedure of Vietnamese customs clearance and post-clearance
• Have at least 3-year experience in the role of import and export executive for a foreign-invested company
• Excellent skill of task self-organization with high responsibility and accuracy
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Understand logistics pricing structure for working in the best cost-effective way
• Bachelor’s degree preferably of Foreign Trade University
• Good command of written and spoken English
