- Min. 5 years experience working in an manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the connections between the production and procurement planning, materials management, material flow booking and mobile applications and production order processing
- Experience in logistics planning and logistics operations
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- Analytical thinking as well as target oriented and systematic style of working
- Very good knowledge about the business processes in general and detailed knowledge about processes and data in SAP
- In depth knowledge about best practice Intra Logistics solutions
- Demonstrated ability in the implementation of lean philosophy and methods
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to effectively collaborate with fellow colleagues, subordinates and leadership team
- Experience in project management, related to the development and implementation of production concepts and logistics systems
- BA/MA degree – Industrial Engineering with major in Logistics
- Ability to work in projects/subprojects in an international environment
- Strong Leadership skills and experience in people development, minimum 5 years
