• preparation of delivery documentation and liaison with forwarder to ensure shipments are on time and the correct export/import documentation and customs and excise conditions are adhered to

• to cover for departmental colleagues during periods of absence

Update shipment data on server (including SC Planning, Data shipment and S2 report files)
Issue invoice in EPICOR (ERP)
• Manage packing & crating to ensure that goods are transported with care without any damage.
Submit all necessary documents to FA department to ensure payment for tax-authority and forwarders is on time.

Yêu cầu công việc

• ERP experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Proven track record in Import/Export Controls and licensing
• Good knowledge of relevant computer software.
• QHSE procedural knowledge.
• Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade or import – Export
• 3 years of technical experience in the logistic field
• proven background in administration working to the highest level of accuracy within a busy logistics department
• An appreciation of Import/Export Regulations
