Job descriptions
· Proceeding payment request for suppliers and follow till the payment done also cooperate with Finance if there are any issues with payment.
· Handling export- import tasks follow company’s policies and procedure.
· Following the shipping process and solving the arising issue.
· Saving data for tracking history on shared drive and supplier data.
· Cooperate with relevant team for the saving cost
· Preparing document for customs declarations and other required documents that describe materials being shipped and complying with all import/export regulations.
· Keep Safety and 5S follow company’s policies.
· Keep record fully for needed documents
· Prepare and submit regular reports on- time
· Work with supplier for the material and consumable replenish schedule
· Monitoring FG quantity and delivery schedule, closely working with production to ensure the delivery on time.

Job requirements
More than 2 years of experience and worked in manufacturing companies.
Graduate from University.
MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint…). Good at excel will be preferable.
Able to work in team and under high pressure.
Negotiation, analysis, time management skill.
