Logistic Planner (Working at Song Than 3, Binh Duong)

Main responsibility
· Responsible for customer order receiving, verification/discussion internally and confirmation/feedback to customer.
· Responsible for customer demand fulfillment & achieve OTIF & OTD.
· Rolling forecast review, verification/discussion internally and update into system.
· Constant tracking customer consumption to define and keep reasonable inventory level of FG.
· Minimize special freight cost of outbound
· Work with Import & Export Specialist to follow up imported materials and minimize premium freight
· Clean up slow moving and OBS FG by working with sales/program team and customer.
· Optimize material inventory (DOH, Value)
· Delivery arrangement to customer.
· Responsible for supplier on time delivery for available material in plant.
Main objectives

Contact window of internal logistic and customer logistic
Material plan arrangement and adjustment
Customer order and demand forecast update
Material inventory Controlling
Finish Goods shipping arrangement and follow up

Minimum 3 years experiences from using common business system (logistics systems).
Education: Bachelor degree or above
Languages: Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading & writing
Practical experience: 3 years experience in Logistic Planner position.
Other requirements: Computer skills on MS Office, be proficient in ERP
