Warehouse and goods management.
• Manage security systems, fire safety, facilities, equipment, and machinery to serve work effectively.
• Organize warehouse planning, arrange & preserve goods according to regulations to ensure security and safety of goods, avoid quality deterioration & save warehouse space.
• Plan work implementation & report performance results periodically/unscheduled for the logistics department.
• Receive & process all orders related to import/export as required. Coordinate appropriate personnel to ensure accurate, timely, and on- schedule import/export of goods with partners and customers.
• Develop plans and inventory levels between warehouses according to regulations to ensure sufficient quantity of goods to meet business needs.
• Store and circulate relevant documents according to regulations.
• Propose positive solutions to improve work efficiency.
• Appropriate dispatch and rotation of goods between warehouses within the Company&039;s system on the basis of proper compliance with promulgated processes and regulations to meet the business needs of the Company and the Group.
• Organize periodic inventory to ensure accuracy between book data and reality to avoid confusion and loss of goods.
• Receive, exchange & process information with relevant departments, partners, and customers to complete assigned tasks.
Management of delivery and transportation (Domestic is required)
• Responsible for receiving all orders from the sales department. Coordinate goods, means of transport, and appropriate personnel to carry out delivery and receipt of goods according to orders to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely progress with partners and customers.
• Develop norms and manage means of transport and equipment for work.
• Manage and monitor the employee&039;s work implementation process. Timely check and handle problems that arise during work performance. Evaluate the quality of delivery services during implementation.
• Control & optimize costs related to logistics department operations based on compliance with Company regulations and norms.
• Responsible for managing norms and costs related to logistics activities
• Responsible for managing and urging the collection and payment of goods and delivery documents according to regulations.
Human resource management
• Assign tasks, guide and monitor the implementation process of employees.
• Coordinate with the HR Admin Department to recruit, train and provide work instructions for personnel in the department.
• Monthly KPI review for employees.
• Develop a periodic/unscheduled professional training program to improve staff capacity.
• Advise the Board of Directors in building & improving processes, policies, salary and bonus mechanisms, personnel structure, and job descriptions to help the logistics system operate stably, sustainably, and effectively.
• Confirm working hours and salaries of employees in the assigned department.
• Responsible for managing and operating human resources within the scope of management
Consulting
• Advise the Board of Directors on positive improvements to improve work efficiency
