Logistic Team Leader

Position Summary

Overall inventory management, periodically stock count and ensure inventory at safety stock.
Inspection for goods at supplier’s and factory’s site.
Follow up the delivery status of goods and testing materials.
Be responsible for managing a company&039;s fleet of commercial vehicles and drivers
Distribute test materials with all orders and well- tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Well- control for warehouse layout, data management, safety stock monitoring and reminding to fulfill stock.
Distribution materials for testing with well record and arrange in time, control physical status of test materials after distribution.
Well- arrange inspection with all related document such as work instruction, drawings, record and summary report.
Well follow up for all orders tracking with delivery notes and other related document.
Coordinate with Engineers and Team leaders to well- support testing progress.
Overall follow up all warehouse document related including delivery notes, inspection record and summary, etc.

English is advantage (at least reading and writing).
College and above;
Must be skillful on Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2 years managerial experience in Warehouse/Quality/Testing related field.
Fluent local language.
Carefully, good communication.
Able to work effectively and carefully.
Good corporation and communication.
