Logistics Admin

WORKING HOURS: Mon- Fri: 13h00- 21h00

In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
Perform other ad- hoc duties as assigned by immediate line manager
Source and form strategic supply base management and handles activities such as contract management, financial management, inventory management and issue resolution
Resolve supply, quality, product information, packaging solution, service and invoicing issues with suppliers
Work closely with Product Development & Management, Logistics Personnel and Design Department to maximize and optimize resources capacity and efficiency
Identify opportunities and implement actions to reduce time and cost
Plan and manage company&039;s inventory to achieve desired goals through broad knowledge of procurement good practices and tools include SAP and e- POS system

Other acquires: work well under pressure to meet fast changing requirements and expectations, experience in L/C documentation & manufacturing / trading industry will be an advantage,
Required language(s): English is a MUST
Required Skill(s): Competence Microsoft Office Skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, creative and resourceful. Proven negotiation and facilitation skills. Analytical, data driven approach with an attention to detail. Initiative and possesses drive and result driven.

13th month of salary, salary review once a year.
